Main menu

The main menu and the various submenus provide access to the system's
functions. It is always possible to return to the main menu, irrespective of
which screen image is displayed, by pressing BACK one or more times.
The main menu is displayed for several seconds and then disappears
automatically if a menu option is not selected.
