DVR Menu Operation (Continued)

HDD Format

Initializes the HDD (Hard Disk Drive): deletes all stored recorded contents.
Press MENU.

Use 3 / 4 to choose the DVR menu then press 2 or

move to the second level.
Use 3 / 4 to choose the HDD Format option then press

or 2.
Choose HDD Format option and set (On or Off) using 3 / 4 then

press (SELECT).

Recording Quality

Sets the HD DVR's recording quality. Better recording quality shortens the
recording time available and lower recording quality yields longer recording
times.
Press MENU.
