Using the manual feeder

Send a manual print job:
For Windows users:
a
With a document open, click File

Click Properties, Preferences, Options, or Setup.

Select Manual Paper.

Click OK.

Click OK or Print.
For Macintosh users:
a
With a document open, click File > Print.

From the Copies & Pages or General pop-up menu, choose Manual Paper.

Click OK or Print.

When Load Manual <type> <size> appears, load the paper facedown into the manual feeder. Load
envelopes with the flap side up.
Notes:
•
Align the long edge of the paper so that it is flush with the right side of the manual feeder.
•
To achieve the best possible print quality, use only high-quality paper designed for laser printers.
