Failure to remove the
packing material from the print cartridges
damages the printer.
Warning:
Do not touch the
photoconductor drum on the bottom of
the print cartridge.

Warning:
If the front cover does not
close completely, reopen the cover and
press in firmly on the cartridges to make
sure they are fully seated.

Set up the print supplies

Turn the cartridge so the handle is on the top.

Rotate the cartridge in all directions to distribute the toner.

Holding the cartridge by the handle, rest the spokes on the cartridge as
shown.
Be sure to match the cartridge color with the colored label in the printer.

Slide the cartridge in as far as it will go.
The cartridge lowers into place.
Close the front cover.
