Error messages

When you contact your dealer or your nearest
Pioneer Service Center, be sure to note the error message.
Message Cause
Loading Disc is being read.
Disc is dirty.
Disc is upside down.
No Disc
Disc not present in loading
compartment.
Disc is dirty.

ERROR DISC
Disc format is not compatible
with this unit.

The video resolution exceeds

Cause
There is a call in progress
on a Bluetooth connected
cellular phone.
A Bluetooth connected
cellular phone is currently
being operated.
A call was made with
a Bluetooth connected
cellular phone and
then immediately
terminated. As a result,
communication between
this unit and the cellular
phone was not terminated
properly.
Action
Please wait, it may take several minutes
for some disc or storage device.
Clean disc with soft cloth.
Insert disc with label side up.
