Q: Why do I see the pop-up notification for new Photo Mail, but then states the Photo Mail has already been downloaded?
A: You opened the Photo Mail Inbox and download photos before the pop-up notification was received.
Q: Why are some Photo Mail messages received 'today' with 'tomorrow's' date assigned to them?
A: Photo Mails are assigned a date when the Pandigital server receives them. Since the server is based on Greenwich Mean Time
(GMT), depending on the time of day, your Photo Mails may have the following day's date when you receive them. The following
table shows how the Photo Mails are affected by the time zone criteria.

Q: Does the DPF support all digital music file types?
A: No. The DPF only supports standard MP3 format and not from licensed music from download services.

Q: I have the Pandigital Wi-Fi adapter inserted, why can't I connect to the online photo sharing sites?
A: The initial Wi-Fi setup requires 3 steps: 1) Assign up your Wi-Fi Network connection on the DPF, 2) Establish an account with the
photo sharing site, and 3) Assign your photo sharing site's User ID and password on the DPF. Refer to the initial Wi-Fi setup on
page 21.
Q: Where do I obtain a Bluetooth adapter to use with my DPF?
A: You can purchase any brand of Bluetooth adapter from any retail outlet that sells them.

Always follow these basic safety precautions when using your Multimedia Photo Mail
fire, electric shock, and injury.
WARNING: Do not expose this product to rain or moisture.
Do not remove the cover. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
 The DPF is for indoor use only.
 Unplug the DPF before performing care and maintenance.
 Do not block the ventilation holes on the back of the DPF at any time.
 Keep your DPF out of direct sunlight and heat sources.
 Protect the power cord. Route power cords so that they are not likely to be walked on or pinched by items placed on or against
them. Pay particular attention to the point where the cord attaches to the DPF.
 Only use the AC adapter included with the DPF. Using any other power adapter will void your warranty.
 Unplug the power cord from the power outlet when the unit is not in use.
Cleaning the DPF
Treat the screen gently, it is made of glass and can break. To clean fingerprints or dust from the LCD screen, we recommend using a
soft, non-abrasive cloth such as a camera lens cloth to clean the LCD screen. If you use a commercial LCD Cleaning Kit, do not apply
the cleaning liquid directly to the LCD screen. Clean the LCD screen with cleaning cloth moistened with the liquid.
Clean the outer surface of the DPF (excluding the screen) and the remote control with a soft cloth dampened with water.
