Enter the account name provided by your ISP.
This name will be used to log in to the ISP's
server.
Enter the current password for the above account.
Re-enter the password to ensure it is correct.
Enter the IP address assigned to you by your ISP.
If the ISP issues dynamic IP addresses, leave this
field as 0.0.0.0. (With dynamic IP addresses, a
valid address is provided upon connection.)
The DNS (Domain Name Server) translates
names (e.g. microsoft.com) to IP Addresses.
Enter the DNS IP address supplied or recom-
mended by your ISP.
Enter the telephone number used to connect to
your ISP.
Optional.
Enter the telephone number(s) to try if the first
number is busy.
Select your country from the drop-down list.
Note that there are 5 entries for the USA. If in the
USA, select the entry to match the "Switch Type"
used by your telephone company.
If you live in the USA, enter the SPID (Service
Profile Identifier) provided by your phone company.
The most common format for the SPID is 10 digits
(area code + local number) for the phone number,
followed by 4 digits for the device ID.
