For Custom White Balance:
1. Turn the mode dial to a position other than
D.
2. Open the menu and select [CAMERA SET UP].
3. Select [WHITE BAL.].
4. Point the camcorder at a white object (such as a sheet of paper), zoom
in until it fills the whole screen and select [SET t",..Lj].
• "' " ---"" flashes and stops flashing when settings is complete.
• Depending on the light source,

may keep flashing. The result will still be better
than with the auto setting.
5. Close the menu.
