Emergency calls
In emergency, the DSC is available for safety/ urgency/ or distress calls.
either individual or all ships is selectable for the type of call.
after selecting the nature of distress or without selecting it.
distress, pressing the dedicated distress key for 4seconds is required to send the distress call.

When broadcasting to all ships regarding safety, the all ships call is available.

The working channel inputting form will be displayed.
Normally the CH16 by default is used.

Select OK with the jog dial.

The sending confirmation screen will appear.

Press ENT to transmit the call.
All ships call needs no response and will be
completed after displayed the popup screen as
shown at right.
