OPENING AND CLOSING THE
HOOD
Opening the Hood
1. Insert the vehicle key into the hood lock
and turn counterclockwise.
2. Slightly lift the hood.
3. Turn the key clockwise to release the
hood.
4. Open the hood.
5. Support the hood with the hood strut.
Closing the Hood
1. Remove the hood strut from the catch
and secure it correctly in the clip.
