Troubleshooting
(Before seeking assistance)
Problem
The screen stays blank • Turn the power OFF. Wait a few moments, then turn the power ON.

• Make sure there are no headphones plugged into the Headphone Jack.
• Some games may have no sound during parts of the game.
Multi-player game modes • Turn the power OFF. Check all of the Game Link Cable connections,
don't work. then turn the power ON.
• Turn the power OFF. Remove all Game Paks and re-insert,
then turn the power ON.
• Make sure Game Paks include the multi-player feature and that Game Paks
are the same game.
• Make sure you are using the correct Game Link cable.

If your Game Boy Advance still does not operate correctly after trying the above reme-
dies, please call the Nintendo Service Center.
