If you're unable to connect to the hotspot and you receive an error message, you must add a
new APN to your hotspot.
To add an APN for another network:
1.
Launch a web browser from a computer or WiFi device that is connected to the network.
2.
Enter http://netgear.aircard or http://192.168.1.1.
A login screen displays.
3.
Enter the password in the Sign In field.
The default password is password. The password is case-sensitive.
4.
Click the Sign In button.
5.
Select Settings > Network > APN.
6.
Enter a name for the APN.
7.
Enter the APN.
If you do not know the APN, contact your service provider.
8.
Enter a user name and password if the WiFi network requires these fields.
9.
Select a network authentication mode:

None (default)
•
PAP
•
CHAP
•
PAP or CHAP
10.
Select a product data protocol (PDP):
•
IPV4
•
IPV6
•
IPV4V6
11.
Select a PDP roaming strategy:
•
IPV4
•
IPV6
