• In Windows:
Open the printer driver setup window, and in Custom Settings in the Maintenance sheet, select the
Prevent paper jam check box, and then click OK.
• In Mac OS:
In the Canon IJ Printer Utility, select Custom Settings in the pop-up menu, select the Prevent paper jam
check box, and then click Apply.
