TO ATTACH BOWL
* Be sure speed controlis OFF.
" Tilt motorhead back.
* Place bowl on bowl-clampingplate.
* Turnbowl gentlyin clockwisedirection
(seepicture above).
* Sit pouring shield on bowl.
TO REMOVE BOWL
* Turnspeed controlto 0FE
, Tilt motorhead back.
, Turnbowl in counterclockwisedirection.
TO LOCK MOTOR HEAD IN RAISED
POSITION
* Push locking lever up into UNLOCK
positionand hold.
* Tilt motorhead back.
* Movelo&ing lever into LOCKposition.
TO LOCK I_IOTOR HEAD IN
OPERATING POSITION
* Push lockinglever up into UNLOCK
positionand hold.
* Lowermotorhead until it is completely
down into operatingposition.
* Movelockinglever into LOCKposition.
* Befo> mixing,test motorhead lock by
attemptingto raise lmad.
NOTE: Motorhead shoukl ab_avs be kept
in LOCKpositionwhen using mixer.
TO ATTACH FLAT BEATER,
WIRE WHIP, OR DOUGH HOOK
• Tun, speed controlto OFF and m@ug.
• Raise motorhead.
• Slip beater ontobeater shaft and p_ss
upwindas far as possible.
• Turn beater to right,hookingbeater over
pin on shaft.
TO REMOVEFLAT BEATER,
WIRE WHIP OR DOUGH HOOK
* Tmn speed controlto OFF and unplug.
* Raise motorhead.
* P_>ssbeater upward as far as possible
and turn letL
* Pull beater frombeater shaft.
TO OPERATE CONTROL SPEED
* Speed controllever shouklahvavs, b e set
on lowestspeedfor starting,then
graduallymovedto desired higher speed
to avokl splashingingredients outof
bowl.See "Speed ControlGukle."
