Resolution
Make sure the power cable from the DC
power adapter is firmly inserted into the
socket on the display.
Make sure the power cord from the wall is
connected securely to the DC power
adapter and wall outlet.
If the power outlet is working, the blue
light on the DC power adapter will come on
when it is plugged in. If it doesn't, try
plugging a different device into the outlet
and see if it turns on. If not, check that the
outlet is on or use a different outlet.
Recharge the battery and/or plug in the
player.
Plug in the player and/or recharge the
battery.
Make sure the signal cable(s) are firmly
connected.
Check for any electronic devices nearby that
might be interfering with the video signal
or the player's operation.
Press PLAY to bring the player out of power
saving mode.
Make sure the proper source is selected on
the external display. If there is still no
picture, check the signal cable(s) and ensure
the player is on and working.
