Cause
There is no memory
card inserted in the
camera.
Memory card is
corrupted.
The camera cannot
communicate with the
computer.
The camera is
malfunctioning.
Solution
Insert a memory card
into the camera.
Insert a new or
reformat the memory
card.
Change the COM port
settings to Auto-
Search or to a specific
COM port. See "Serial
Cable Connection" on
page 6-2.
Have the camera
serviced.
