Symptom
Possible Problem
No Power
Power supply cord isn't connected to a

XM3020 system.
Surge protector (if used) isn't

Solution
Plug the power supply into a wall outlet and plug the
power supply connector into the power supply jack.
If the power supply cord is plugged into a surge
protector, make sure the surge protector is switched on.
Plug another device into a wall outlet (same outlet) to
confirm the outlet is working.
Make sure the antenna points south outdoors or
through a window. Specific instructions and tips on
how to improve signal reception can be found in your
XM2go receiver user's guide.
The VOLUME knob on the XM3020 receiver controls
the master volume. Turn the knob clockwise to increase
the volume.
Remove XM2go receiver and re-seat it in the docking
station.
Turn off the "mute" function on the XM2go device by
pressing the mute button on the receiver or your
remote control.
The VOLUME knob on the XM3020 receiver controls
the master volume. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to
decrease the volume.
