Getting Started How to Install the AC Adapter Connect the AC adapter cable plug into the speaker system’s power jack. The jack is located on the back of the system and labeled POWER. Plug the AC adapter into a wall outlet. -

Press and hold the TIME button for 3 seconds. The TIME button is located on the top of your Altec Lansing speaker system. This action puts you in the Time/Date Set mode. Select either 12-Hour or 24-Hour Clock mode. -

Your Altec Lansing speaker system has two separate alarms. How to Set Alarm 1 Ensure your speaker system is powered on. If the system isn’t on, press the STANDBY button on the speaker system or the button on the wireless remote. - Page 18 Alarm 2. NOTE This Altec Lansing Moondance Home speaker system features a built-in backup battery system to provide continuous clock settings in the event of a power failure. If a power failure occurs or the AC cord is accidentally disconnected, the display will not remain lit and the alarm will not function, but the current time will be maintained.
