Deactivating/activating the ECO start/
stop function
To switch off: press ECO button :.
X
Indicator lamp ; goes out.
To switch on: press ECO button :.
X
Indicator lamp ; lights up.
If indicator lamp ; is off, the ECO start/stop
function has been deactivated manually or as
the result of a malfunction. The engine will
then not be switched off automatically when
the vehicle stops.
Selecting drive program S+ deactivates the
ECO start/stop function. If you press ECO
button :, the ECO start/stop function is
activated.
