VOLUME knob
Use this knob to adjust the volume . To
increase the volume, turn the knob clock-
wise . To decrease the volume, turn the
knob counterclockwise .
o When you adjust the volume using the
remote control, the main unit VOLUME
knob does not turn .

PHONES jack
Connect a Φ3 . 5 mm stereo mini plug from
headphones to this jack .

Indicators
UPCONVERT
This lights during upconversion .
RC
This lights when the remote control has
been used to change the volume .
When lit, the position of the VOLUME
knob on the main unit does not corre-
spond to the output volume .
o If the main unit VOLUME knob is used,
the output volume will be reset to cor-
respond to the knob position, and this
indicator will become unlit .

Remote control signal receiver
Receives signals from the remote control .
When operating the remote control, point
it at the remote control signal receiver .
