TROUBLESHOOT-
ING
The water level con-
trol provides water
when it should not
and the level gauge
light is on.
The water level con-
trol does not provide
water when it should
and the level gauge
light is off.
The water level con-
trol does not provide
water when it should
and the level gauge
light is on.
The water level in
the boiler contin-
ues to rise until it
escapes from the
safety valve.
The graduated op-
tical gauge does
not show the actual
water level in the
boiler.
The boiler gets up
to pressure but the
group will not de-
liver.
The machine will
only deliver when
the heating element
is electrically pow-
ered (red indicator
light on).
CAUSES
• The level sensor/control
centre electrical connection is
broken.
• The frame earthing/control
centre electrical connection is
broken.
• The level sensor is dirty.
• The electronic control centre
is defective.
• The sensor is touching the
glass or earthed metal parts.
• The electronic control centre
is defective.
• The loading solenoid valve
coil is broken.
• The loading solenoid valve
core is blocked.
• Level sensor not connect-
ed.
• There is a foreign body inside
the water level control solenoid
valve.
• There is a foreign body in the
seal housing.
• The seal is worn.
The gauge's lower connec-
tion pipe with the boiler is
obstructed.
• The control centre fuses are
shot (dosed version).
• The delivery switch is defec-
tive.
• The solenoid valve will not
open.
"Neutral" is missing from the
electrical power supply.
SOLUTIONS FOR

• Repair.

tling do not unthread it
from the insulator but
remove it complete with
the union.
