Step 10: Start Stratagy ES Service
Step 10: Start Stratagy ES Service
1. Double-click the StartStratagy icon on the desktop. The Stratagy Enterprise Server Control
screen displays.
2. Set the start up type to Automatic.
3. Click Start Now. The Server starts up and the
screen displays a Pending status. Once the
startup is successful, the screen displays the
Running status. It is recommended that you
leave this screen displayed on the desktop.
Step 11: Verify System's Basic Functions
Verify that each port works and voice playback and basic auto attendant function.

Dial the extension number for each port. Stratagy ES should (for each port):
•
Answer and play the default company greeting ("Thank you for calling..."), greeting 1 in
User ID mailbox 990.
•
Continue to play the default caller instructions greeting ("To reach the person..."), greeting
1 in User ID mailbox 991.
