Advanced Settings

In the Advanced Settings menu, you can configure all the options for the Gigaset
SE680 WiMAX. If required, you can also change the settings you made using the Basic
Setup Wizard. The following table contains the options available in this menu.

Description
Here you can define whether your Gigaset SE680 WiMAX
will be used as a router or a bridge for the Internet access
(page 25).
Here you can configure your Internet access. This menu cov-
ers all setting options for the Internet (page 25).
Here you can configure your local network, e.g. change the
private IP address of the Gigaset SE680 WiMAX or make set-
tings for the DHCP server (page 29).
Here you can change the access data for your WiMAX access
(page 30).
Here you can do various administration tasks, e.g. assign a
system password (page 31) or reset the configuration to the
factory defaults (page 32). You can also load new firmware
(page 33)
