If your installer confirms that the fault is with the boiler, simply call
heateam on 0844 871 1525.
Before contacting heateam, please have the following information to
hand:
4 Serial no. of the appliance
4 Installer's name and address

4 Proof of purchase (if you do not have the serial number)

you your engineer appointment details if you provide a mobile phone
number. Following your engineer visit, we will ask you to rate your
level of satisfaction with our service via text message.
Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
Weekends and Bank Holidays 8.30am - 2pm,
excluding Christmas Day and New Year's Day
