This section describes what to do when you have problems with operation.

When an error occurs

Errors are indicated by an error codes. When this happens, you can usually find out what the problem is
as illustrated below.
Press and check the appropriate section of this manual for the operation you want to perform.

Meaning

The drawer is left open longer than the
program time (drawer open alarm).
Attempt to register while the cash
drawer is open.
Two consecutive transactions
attempted in the refund mode.
Attempt made to register an item
without inputting a check number.
Attempt made to register an item
without inputting a table number.
Finalize operation attempted without
entering the number of customer.
No department linked PLU is
registered.
No condiment/preparation PLU is
registered.
Item registration is prohibited, while
partial tender.
Finalization of a transaction attempted
without confirming the subtotal.
