a. Tap Exchange at the top.
b. Tap Exchange server, and then enter the server URL, which is exchange.mycompany.com.
c. Tap Username, and then enter your username. Your username is typically your e-mail address
without the domain (for example, johnsmith instead of johnsmith@domain.com).
d. Tap Security Settings and Ports. Verify that your Incoming and Outgoing Security Settings are
correct. Consult your e-mail provider for the proper settings.
Note: Exchange often requires you to accept device policies as determined by your system administrator. If
required, you will be prompted to accept policies such as a device PIN/Password and encryption. Follow
the prompts to complete account setup.
5. After configuring your e-mail account, tap Go to Inbox to immediately view the account you just added,
or tap Add Another Account to repeat these steps to add another e-mail account.
Note: If you're unable to set up your e-mail account, you may need to contact your Internet service provider or system
administrator to verify the information you're entering is correct.

Do this...
1. From your inbox, tap the + icon.
2. Enter the recipient's e-mail address in the To: line or
tap the Add Contact icon to add recipients.
3. Enter a subject in the Subject: line. Tap the
Attachment icon to attach a photo, video, or file.
4. Compose your message in the Message section.
5. When you're finished, tap the Send icon.
While viewing an e-mail, access the right panel to see all
other e-mails in your inbox from that sender. Tap a
message to open the message.
While viewing an e-mail, if it contains a calendar event
invite, access the right panel to see your calendar for the
day/time of the invite.
Tap the Reply icon, and then tap Reply, Reply All, or
Forward.
While viewing an e-mail, tap the Delete icon.
From your inbox, swipe from right to left to reveal
quick triage options. Tap the Delete icon to delete
the message.
From your inbox, tap the Edit icon, tap the checkbox
next to the message(s) you want to delete, and then
tap the Delete icon.
E-mails with attachments have a paperclip icon.
1. In your Inbox, tap the message you want to open an
attachment from, and scroll down to the attachment.
2. Tap the attachment, and then wait for it to download.
3. Tap the attachment again to view the attachment.
