1. PCB ACCESS is accomplished by removing six
(6) upper screws from the cabinet back panel.
Please note that the lower (2) screws are used
to secure P/N 00 COVER TUBE BLUES
JUNIOR
2. CHASSIS REMOVAL is accomplished by
removal of two (2) screws at the cabinet top
and two (2) screws at the cabinet sides.
Disconnect the ¼" speaker plug from the
speaker
jack.
Disconnect
connections at the reverbs tank to free the
cables from the reverb tank. After all cables are
disconnected, slide the chassis toward the rear
of the cabinet.

3. PCB ASSEMBLY REMOVAL is accomplished
by removing the following items: six (6) knobs,
six (6) knob spacer bushings, one (1) input jack
nut and washer, and seven (7) PCB mounting
screws.
Remove the chassis ground screw
from the green wire at the right of the PCB.
Disconnect the power transformer and output
transformer leads at P1-P18. Remove the
power LED from the red jewel lens cap by
gently pulling out the tulip assembly.
4. BREAKAWAY (TUBE) PCB REMOVAL is
accomplished by removing the five (5) tubes
and nine (9) screws and nuts.
