    WPA 1000II User Manual 1.4 Setting up the WPA 1000II Perform the following set up tasks to begin using your device:  Install the battery pack.  Charge your device.  Power on the WPA 1000II 1.4.1 Installing the Battery WARNING! There is a risk of fire and burns if the battery pack is handled improperly.
