When the fan motor is rotated or stopped, fan motor rotation signal is/not detected.
Is DC24V detected on CN8-1, 2 or 7?
E3-30: Discharge lamp
When the discharge lamp does not turn ON, or the fan motor fails to rotate when the
power switch is turned ON.
