When the lift motor drives up and down, the upper and lower limit switch
are not detected within a predetermined time.
Is lift motor sound detected?

Does PLMCT6 change "H" to "L"
when the lift motor is turned ON?

When the system console main motor drives an abnormal signal is detected.
Does the main motor rotate by hand?
YES
Is DC24V detected on CN-1, 2 ?
YES
Does the CN602-7 signal change "H"
to "L" when the main motor drives?
NO
YES
Check the upper limit sensor signal.
Canged: CPU PCB is defective.
Not changed: Limit sensor is defective.
YES
Lift motor drive mechanism is defective.
Lift motor is defective.
LCC driver PCB is defective.
Check the lower limit sensor signal.
Changed: CPU PCB is defective.
Not changed: Limit sensor is defective.
Copier CPU PCB is defective.
NO
Main motor drive mechanism is defective.
Locking mechanism of motor is defective.
NO
Check DC24V on CN602-3 and 4.
YES: Connector is shorted or
broken.
NO: Check CN602-3 and 4 of system console
driver PCB.
YES
Main motor is defective.
System console driver PCB is defective.
Copier CPU PCB is defective.
