ACD Options Setup - ACD Priority for Overflow Calls
This option determines whether the ACD group should use
its own priority assignment or if it should follow the priority
assigned in Program 41-03-03.
ACD Options Setup - Automatic Answer at Headset
Enable (1)/Disable (0) Automatic Answer for agents using
headsets.
ACD Options Setup - Call Queuing after 2nd Announce-
ment
Determine whether the caller should hear the 2nd Delay An-
nouncement and then be taken out of queue (1), or be
placed back into queue (0).

Enable (1)/Disable (0 Automatic Off Duty (rest) mode for
agents with single line telephones.
