2.9 Meeting Invitations

1. Meeting invitations are shown by a
list.
2. Open the Email. The following example meeting invitation will be
displayed.

3. Select Reply to accept, decline or tentatively accept the meeting
request. This will display the following dialogue box.

4. Select the relevant response, and press OK. The originator will
receive an email confirmation and their calendar will be updated.
5. A meeting invitation acknowledgement is shown in the following
format:

2.10 Attach a File to your Email

1. Create a new email. If you are replying to or forwarding an existing
mail, open the Message Detail page as described in section
an Existing email, then click the appropriate icon (Fw, Reply,
Reply All).
