3. Web Access Software-E1

With Web Access Software-E1 the end-user can view web pages directly
from the device control panel.
Access] tab, the Web Browser screen is displayed. From here, they can
enter a URL and browse various web pages or download and print PDF
files from the web. (Note: The device must be configured with the Color
UFRII/PCL Print Controller (Standard on "i" models) in order to print web
pages. The PS Printer Kit-N1/N2 (Optional for all models) is required in
order to print PDF files). The Web Access Software-E1 requires LMS
activation.

4. Universal Send PDF Advance Feature Set-A1

• Standard on "i" models
• Enables the device to send PDF documents in OCR mode
• Manage file sizes with PDF High Compression mode
• Utilize Trace & Smooth PDF functionality
• LMS Activation required

5. Universal Send PDF Security Feature Set-A1

• Standard on "i" models
• Enables the end-user to create Encrypted PDF documents
• Digital Device Signature mode uses the device signature certificate and
key pair inside the machine to add a digital signature to a PDF
document
• LMS Activation required

6. Digital User Signature PDF Kit-A1

• Enables the end-user to identify which user signed a PDF document
enabling document authentication
• Works when the user is signed on using SSO or SDL
• LMS Activation required
