7.1.3 TROUBLE SHOOTING

Confirm the error history at first. (Refer to the "7.1.2 DISPLAY OF THE MECHANISM ERROR HISTORY")

Diagnosis Contents
Are resonators (X601 and X301) on the DVDM Assy oscillating ?
Refer to contents of a FE error displayed by FL display.
(SRAM defectiveness, I2C communication line defectiveness, etc.)
• Is a signal input into IC603-pin 26 (CE3) on the DVDM Assy
immediately after the power on ?
[L ↔ H] → Communication with flash ROM
• Are the signals input into IC604-pin 16 (SMIWE), pin 19 (SMICS0)
and pin 38 (SMICLK) on the DVDM Assy ?
[L ↔ H] → Communication with flash ROM
Is a signal output from IC603-pin 28 (CPU_OE) on the DVDM Assy
immediately after the power on ? [L ↔ H]
Check the video signal path between BACK END IC (DVDM IC601) and
video-out terminal
