The serial number is located on the inside tube of the
upright as shown.

1. If you haven't already done so, lubricate the guide rods and seat adjustment tubes with a teflon
spray lubricant. Paramount recommends using TriFlow
2. Adjust the arms and pad frames through each position. Verify that the adjustment pin insert freely
into each position and is fully engaged.
3. Place the selector pin into the holder on the cap plate. Perform each exercise slowly. Verify that
the cable moves freely, without any binding. Select a moderate weight & repeat this procedure.
4. Verify that the selector pin can be inserted into each weight plate.
5. Verify that ALL fasteners and the cable retention nut are tight.
