2) Initial Reset Circuit
IC6 (M51943BSL) is an IC to produce reset signals. When Vcc rises to about +4.25V or above with
the power ON, The output of IC6 changes from "L" to "H", RST of IC1 (CBM-606PC-**) is released
from reset, and normal operation will start. When Vcc lowers from +5V down to about +4.25V with
the power OFF, the output of IC6 changes from "H" to "L", and IC1 (CBM-606PC-**) is reset.
