Self-diagnostic / Action
1. Clean the inlet water strainer
(part #62);
2. Check the water adjustment valve
(part #16);
3. Check the heat exchanger;
flush with a cleaning solution
1. Check to see if the main gas
supply valve is open.
2. Check the igniter for spark
(part #18).
1. Ensure ground wire is connected.
2. Check the igniter for spark.
1. Check the Thermistor.
2. Check for loose connection
3. Replace the Thermistor.
1. Check the Thermistor.
2. Look for short or water in connection
3. Replace the Thermistor.
1. Check and clean the air filter1

2. Check and clean the fan motor
