8.2.8. Manifold

1. Turn off the gas supply
2. Turn off the 120V power supply
3. Turn off the water supply
4. Loosen the PCB right-side screw from
bottom base
5. Pull out the PCB. (refer to 8.2.1 PCB)
6. Loosen the gas pipe from gas valve.(lower)
and Manifold.(upper)

7. Pull out the gas pipe.
8. Loosen the 2 manifold fixing screws.

9. Remove the wire harness from the 2
solenoids.
10. Pull out the manifold assembly.
11. Reinstall gas valve wires into the manifold
to be replaced.
12. Attach the manifold and secured with
screws.
