Clearing Paper Jams
Paper Jams in Area Lower Left Door

1: Open the Lower Left Door located toward the bottom of the machine.
2: Remove any jammed paper in this area. Close the Lower Left Door.
NOTE: If paper is torn, make sure to remove any torn pieces of paper from inside
the machine.
Paper Jam in Top Output Tray

1: Gently remove any jammed paper from the Top Output Tray.
2: Open and then close the Right Door on the Finisher. A message will be
displayed on the Touch Screen and the machine will not operate if the door is
even slightly open.
