Cylinder numbering
Cylinders are numbered consecutively, begin-
ning at the front end.
Direction of rotation
The direction of rotation is viewed towards
the flywheel counter clockwise.

Breaking the seals on the regulator to alter
the settings of maximum rpm and maximum
injector volume may only be carried out by
authorised Vetus Service personnel.

- Accelerated wear of engine components.
- Increased fuel and oil consumption.
- Incorrectly adjusted injector volume and
poor engine performance.
