With Download Play, you can play certain multiplayer games with other users even if you have only one
copy of the game. You can also send and receive demos of certain software titles.
Download Play is compatible with Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS XL, Nintendo DS, Nintendo DS Lite,
Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi XL systems.
Note: Download Play content from Nintendo 3DS titles can only be played on a Nintendo 3DS/Nintendo 3DS XL system.

Launch the software title from the

HOME Menu.
Follow the instructions in the instruction
manual of the software you are using.
Note: Nintendo DS / Nintendo DSi titles are displayed in an ex-
panded format by default. To load the software at its original reso-
lution, hold down either START or SELECT, then touch OPEN if
you are using the host system, or if you are using
the client system, to launch the software. Keep START or SELECT
held down until the software has started.
