Power on or off
To turn your smartphone on or off, press and
hold the Power/Lock key on the top of your
smartphone.
SETUP APPLICATION
After the smartphone is turned on, the Setup
app starts. The Setup app needs a data
connection, so make sure you are within range
of a mobile network or a Wi-Fi network.
The Setup app prompts you to enter an existing
BlackBerry ID or create a new one. If you can't
remember if you have a BlackBerry ID, tap the
appropriate link to check.
