Troubleshooting
Go through this section if you experience difficulty in operating the cradle. Should any
problem persist, call Customer Service Hotline at the number listed in the official web
site for your region which is accessible from our regional site at http://asia.playstation.
com.
Check the Following First
Is the PSP ® system properly connected to the cradle?
Are the AC adaptor and AC power cord securely inserted into the cradle and
electrical outlet?
Is the AV cable securely connected?
There is no image or audio output to the TV.
When the system output indicator on the cradle is lit, video is displayed on the PSP ®
system. Press the DISPLAY SELECT button on the cradle or the remote control to
switch to TV output.
The remote control is not working.
Is the battery for the remote control exhausted? If so, replace the battery with a new
lithium coin battery (CR2025).
To operate the TV with the remote control, the manufacturer of the TV needs to be
specified (
page 17).
