Dial lock
Important:
L Anyone can turn off the dial lock using the following method. Be sure to
keep these operating instructions in a safe place in order to prevent
unauthorized persons from using your phone without permission.
Problem
I cannot remember the dial
lock password.
Liquid damage
Problem
Liquid or other form of moisture
has entered the handset/base
unit.
Caution:
L To avoid permanent damage, do not use a microwave oven to speed up the drying
process.

Cause/solution
L Turn the dial lock off using the following method.

{MENU} i {#}{2}{5}{1}

Press {*}{7}{0}{0}{0}.

{Save} i {Yes} i {OFF}
Cause/solution
L Disconnect the AC adaptor and telephone line
cord from the base unit. Remove the batteries
from the handset and leave to dry for at least
3 days. After the handset/base unit are
completely dry, reconnect the AC adaptor and
telephone line cord. Insert the batteries and
charge fully before use. If the unit does not
work properly, contact an authorized service
center.
