What to do
Replace battery.
 Check wiring between HART device
and OWA.
 Check for 4-20 mA on Loop
connections.
 Check that HART Communications
are enabled on the HART device.

device is within specifications – see
HART device datasheet.

Using a Secondary Master, confirm
that HART Device will respond to
HART messages.
