Replace the label sensor.
Repair Method

control
board.
Replace the memory or
control board.
Replace
the
control
board
with
one
for
domestic use or attach
the Kanji ROM.
Replace the Kanji ROM.
Change the place.
Move the printer to a
well-ventilated
place
within
the
specified
temperature range.
Press the FEED switch.
Cut the paper and press
the FEED switch.
