Trouble shooting chart
All trouble shooting should be preceded by at least 1 hour of charging (with the power switch in the off position) outdoors, in the
middle of the day to eliminate the possibility that the fault is due to a badly charged battery. Read through the entire Operator's
Manual to make sure that the fault cannot be easily rectified via the keyboard or the main power switch.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Possible cause
If the Solar Mower is inside the mowing
area the boundary wire is incorrectly
connected to the generator.
The Solar Mower does not sense the
signal from the boundary wire.
If this occurs in isolated areas it can be
caused by disturbances from metal
objects (fencing, reinforcement) or by
buried cables in the vicinity.
If it occurs in the vicinity of an "island", it
can be due to the boundary wire being
routed in the wrong direction around the
"island" and thereby extinguishing the
signal.
If it only occurs in the morning it can be
caused by the battery in the generator
being discharged.
Too large area. The Solar Mower is more
than 35 metres from the boundary wire.
The cutting disc is blocked.
Drive wheels are blocked.
The battery has a reduced capacity.
Grass or a foreign object is slowing down
the cutting disc or protective plate.

Action
Swap the boundary wire connections to
the generator.
Check that there is no break in the
boundary wire (by using the operating test
switch on the generator).
Try moving the boundary wire.
Check that the boundary wire has been
laid according to the installation
instructions.
Replace the generator battery.
Check that the boundary wire has been
laid according to the installation
instructions.
Check that the cutting disc can rotate
freely.
Check whether something is blocking the
drive wheels.
Contact your dealer to replace the battery.
Remove and clean the cutting disc and
protective plate.
