8 Start/Pause button
To start the selected programme, press the
Start/Pause button; the green pilot light stops
flashing.
If you have selected a delay time, the countdown will
begin and will be shown on the display.
To interrupt a programme which is running, press
the Start/Pause button: the green pilot light starts
to flash.
To restart the programme from the point at which
it was interrupted, press the Start/Pause button
again.
If an incorrect option is selected, an integrated red
pilot light of the Start/ Pause button flashes 3 times
the message Err is displayed for a few seconds.
Important! You must set the washing machine to
Pause before you make any change in the programme
in progress.

9 Delay start button

The wash programme can be delayed from 30 min -
60 min - 90 min, 2 hours and then by 1 hour up to
a maximum of 20 hours by means of this button.
Before you start the programme, if you wish to
delay the start, press the Delay Start button
repeatedly, to select the desired delay.
The selected delay time value (up to 20 hours) will
appear on the display for a few seconds, then the
duration of the programme will appear again.
You can cancel the delay time at any moment,
before you press the Start/Pause button.

Important!
The door will be locked throughout the delay time. If
you wish to add laundry in the machine during the
delay time you must first set the washing machine to
Pause by pressing the Start/Pause button. After you
have closed the door, press the Start/Pause button
again.
10 Door lock light
This pilot light illuminates to indicate that the appliance
starts operating and the door is locked.
Door lock
This pilot light indicates if
the door can be opened:
• Light on: the door cannot be opened.
The appliance is running.
• Light off: the door can be opened.
The washing programme is finished.
When you PAUSE the cycle, it becomes possible to
open the door, provided:
• The washing machine is not in the heating phase;
• The level of the water is not high;
If all these requirements are met, the "Door lock" light
goes off.
