    Owner’s Manual. Your Ford or Lincoln dealership, or Ford or Lincoln Quality Care Service Center, has factory-trained technicians who can perform the required maintenance using genuine Ford parts. The dealership looks forward to meeting your every service need to maximize your satisfaction with your vehicle.

    Conditions that are not covered by the New Vehicle Limited Warranty are described on pages 10-12. When making warranty repairs on your vehicle, the dealer will use Ford or Motorcraft parts or remanufactured or other parts that are authorized by Ford, at the discretion of Ford or the Ford dealership.
  • Page 13 New Vehicle Limited Warranty, you may be charged a prorated amount for wear or other charges. If so, you should present your paid invoice detailing the nature of the charges to any Ford Motor Company dealership for refund consideration. When making warranty repairs on your vehicle, the dealer will use Ford or Motorcraft parts or remanufactured or other parts that are authorized by Ford.

    If a question about Emissions Performance Warranty coverage is referred to Ford Motor Company, you will be notified by Ford Motor Company in writing if your claim for warranty coverage is denied. The notice will explain the basis for denying your claim. If you fail to receive this notice within a timely manner, as determined above, Ford will perform the warranty repair for you free of charge.
