    They use analog signals and can transmit video signals over long cable runs. Lorex HD wired cameras use a proprietary analog standard that only works with Lorex HD wired DVRs. HD wired cameras and HD wired DVRs are not compatible with older analog or HD-SDI equipment.

    Managing Passwords and User Accounts Note The system includes a security feature to prevent unauthorized access that will lock the system if some- one attempts to log in with the wrong password 3 or more times. The lock will be reset after 30 minutes or if the system is restarted using the power switch.

For example, you may want your friend to monitor your system while you are away, while not giving full access to your system.
